Measurement Guide
Measure Width and Length Correctly
Shades can be inside or outside mounted. Considering the window frame depth is the first step.
Inside Mount
- A clean, built-in look, 2 1/2 inches minimum depth requirement；
- 3/8 inch headrail deduction taken at your actual measuring to ensure the side does not touch the edges tightly；
- Note there will be slight gaps on the sides due to fabric deductions.
Outside Mount
- No minimum depth requirement.
- We recommend ordering additional width 4-6 inches to prevent light gaps on the sides of your window.

Roman shades are made to the dimensions and options submitted at checkout. Review the selected mount, width, height, control side, fabric, and lining before ordering. Do not apply deductions unless the product instructions tell you to do so.
2. Appearance
Fabric texture, folds, and color can vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, and normal material characteristics. Order a swatch when color or texture is important.
3. Production and shipping
Custom production usually takes 5-10 business days. After dispatch, Express shipping usually takes 10-15 business days and Standard shipping usually takes 15-25 business days. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.

Custom-order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours and before production begins. Made-to-measure products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or production-error items remain covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

Stack Height
The stack height will vary slightly based on the size of the Roman blinds as well as the fold type. The stack height will vary from 9 inches to 14 inches, with taller shades having a larger stack height.
