CurtainsUS works to keep product titles, descriptions, images, materials, dimensions, prices, availability, and policy information clear and current. This statement explains how to interpret product information before ordering.
1. Product descriptions and materials
Material composition and available options are stated on the relevant product page. Terms such as “linen-look” or “linen-textured” describe appearance and do not mean the product is made from linen unless the composition explicitly says so.
Because materials and product configurations can change, the options displayed on the selected product page and at checkout are the source of truth for that order.
2. Images, color, and texture
Product images are provided for reference. Color, weave, sheen, and texture can appear different because of photography, room lighting, screen settings, viewing angle, and normal material variation. Order a swatch when color or texture is important.
3. Light-control descriptions
Light control depends on the selected material, color, lining, product construction, mounting method, window structure, and edge gaps. Blackout-design products can significantly reduce incoming light when installed correctly, but small gaps around the edges may remain.
We do not assign a fixed percentage, acoustic rating, thermal value, UV value, medical use, or certification to a product unless it is supported by product-specific documentation and clearly stated on that product page.
4. Dimensions and made-to-measure products
Custom products are made from the dimensions and options submitted at checkout. Customers should follow the Measurement Finder, use the requested unit, and check width, height, mount, header or control style, quantity, and opening direction before ordering.
No single fixed production tolerance applies to every product. If the delivered item does not match the confirmed order details or has a manufacturing defect, contact us with the order information and supporting photos.
5. Pricing and checkout
Prices can change with size, material, lining, accessories, quantity, delivery method, and valid discounts. The cart and checkout show the applicable product price, discount, shipping charge, and taxes collected by CurtainsUS before payment.
6. Order changes and cancellation
Custom orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement and only before production begins. Non-custom orders may be changed or canceled within 8 hours and before dispatch. See the Cancellation Policy.
7. Returns and product issues
Made-to-measure products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or production-error items remain covered by the Return & Refund Policy. Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days under that policy.
8. Corrections and updates
If we identify an error that could affect an order, we may correct the page and contact the customer before production or dispatch. Customers who notice a possible discrepancy should email info@CurtainsUS.com before ordering.
