CurtainsUS displays the price for each available product configuration before checkout. The final price depends on the options you select, including dimensions, material, lining, header or control style, accessories, quantity, and delivery method.
1. Product prices
A “from” price represents the lowest available configuration shown for that product. Changing the size or options can change the price. Review the product page, cart, and checkout before payment.
The amount shown at checkout for the selected configuration is the order price, subject to correction of an obvious technical or display error before the order enters production.
2. Automatic discounts and discount codes
An automatic discount is applied by the store when the order meets the stated eligibility requirements. A discount code must be entered in the discount-code field at checkout and must be valid for the products, customer, order value, region, and promotion period.
Discounts do not combine unless checkout explicitly shows that they can be combined. When more than one offer could apply, checkout displays the discount accepted for that order. Promotion-specific terms shown with the offer also apply.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and can vary by location, device, and currency. If checkout displays an option provided by a payment provider, that provider's terms apply.
4. Samples
Eligible swatch products are priced at $0. Customers pay the shipping charge shown at checkout. Availability, quantity limits, and shipping eligibility are shown on the sample product or checkout page.
5. Shipping, taxes, and duties
Shipping charges are based on the destination, products, order size, and selected service. The available services and charges are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes or duties may be collected at checkout or charged by the destination authority or carrier, depending on the order and destination.
6. Pricing accuracy and changes
We work to keep product and pricing information current. If an obvious pricing or technical error is identified before production, we may contact you to confirm the corrected amount or cancel and refund the affected order. Price changes do not alter an order already accepted at the checkout price unless the customer approves a correction.
